-Added the ability to change who gets asked the question:
Type: "/tq name " where is the name of the person or blank for general (Hey, ...)
Click Change Name to type in a name or blank for general (Hey, ...)

-Added the ability to change output channel:
Type: "/tq channel" tells you what the current output channel is
Type: "/tq channel " where is the output channel (say, party, etc.)
Type: "/tq help" prints a list of commands
-Added a UI hub:
Type: "/tq show" show the hub
Drag hub to desired location
Click on different channel names to change output channel
Click Lock to lock position (currently can't unlock)
Click Close to hide hub

This addon is primarily for those moments when Tyler asks a question that is completely off topic. You simply type "/tylerquestions", "/tyler", or "/tq" and you will ask a question at random in /raid! For help type "/tq help"
