This is a modified from HandyNotes_TimelessIsleChests. I changed it to show the locations for Rare Elites. Positioning is not exact as some of them do path. But when someone is yelling out one is up. It gives you an idea where to go.
The data came from Icy-Veins
This is not a standalone addon but does require the base addon HandyNotes
If you have Carbonite you might need an extra addon called Handy-Notes Carbonite to allow compatibility
