Leatrix Maps is a makeover addon for Blizzard maps.
Reveal unexplored areas - Adds a checkbox toggle to the bottom of the world map allowing you to toggle unexplored areas.
Show quest details - Simply click a quest objective on the map and the quest details will show up next to the map (either on the left or right side).
Show cursor coordinates - Cursor coordinates can be shown in the title bar of the map frame.
Change the map scale - A simple slider to change the map scale allowing you to make the map smaller or have it fill the screen if you prefer (with no blackout bars!).
Opacity and movement - Change the opacity and move the map to any location that you want. Both of these things are included with the default UI but Leatrix Maps saves your settings account-wide so the map will look exactly how you expect it regardless of character.
Mousewheel floor traversal - Use the mousewheel to traverse floors in zones with multiple floors (such as Karazhan). A great time-saver, no need to click dropdown menus.
Standards and Efficiency
Uses the standard Blizzard maps - For maximum compatibility, Leatrix Maps allows Blizzard to keep control of the mapping system while simply providing enhancements to it. This ensures maximum compatibility with other map addons which also use the Blizzard maps.
Low resource usage - Leatrix Maps is fast and efficient (it only uses around 150k of memory) and, to my knowledge, is bug-free and taint-free (no maps with gre...
